Definition of Terms Used Herein. All capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall have the meanings set forth in the Credit Agreement, the Indenture, the Lender Pledge Agreement and the Indenture Pledge Agreement, as identified and defined herein. All references to specific Sections in the Credit Agreement shall be deemed to also be references to the parallel provision of any other credit agreement included within the definition of "Credit Agreement."
