Section 1.1 of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by adding thereto the following definition: "APPLICABLE BORROWING BASE PERCENTAGE shall mean on any day occurring on or prior to October 5, 1996, 85%, on any day occurring after October 5, but prior to or on November 5, 1996, 80%, and on any day thereafter, 75%."
