Defined Terms and Rules of Interpretation. Unless otherwise defined herein, capitalized terms used herein have the meanings given to such terms in the Nuclear Managing Board Agreement. The rules of interpretation set forth in Section 1.2 of the Ownership Agreement apply to this Agreement as if fully set forth herein (and for such purpose, the term “Agreement” as used therein shall be deemed to be a reference to this Agreement).
