Define Fixed Guideway. Further refine the description of the Build Alternative considered in Phase I. This description shall include alignment, passing sidings, innovative technology, operations, and potential station locations. The fixed guideway elements described in Phase I will be further defined. The cost estimates at this level will be similar to that provided in Phase I. Additional concept development, refinement, cost estimation, right-of-way requirements and conceptual engineering will be completed as described in Task 8.
