Deficiency Statement. Following a Board inspection during which any violation of M.G.L. c. 112, §§ 43 through 53 and 234 CMR 2.00: Purpose, Authority, Definitions is found, the Board or its designee(s) may prepare a deficiency statement citing any and all violations observed, a copy of which shall be sent to the licensee for response.
