Deficiency Correction during Transition Services. In addition to its other obligations described in this Contract, the Contractor shall correct all Deficiencies identified during Transition Services before the State will pay amounts agreed upon for completion of successful Transition Services. If the Contractor is unable to correct all Deficiencies arising during Transition Services in accordance with the requirements of this Contract, the State shall have the right to exercise its available remedies.
