Deficiency Correction during Implementation Services. In addition to its other obligations described in this Contract, the Contractor shall correct all Deficiencies identified during Implementation Services before the State will pay amounts agreed upon for completion of successful Implementation Services. If the Contractor is unable to correct all Deficiencies arising during Implementation Services in accordance with the requirements of this Contract, the State shall have the right to exercise its available remedies.
