Deferral of Units. A Unit holder may elect to defer all or a portion of the Units into the DCP in accordance with its terms. Upon deferral, the vested Units (and their subsequent settlement and payment) shall be governed by the terms and conditions of the DCP, as that plan may be amended from time to time by the Company.
