Common use of Deferral of Prepayments Clause in Contracts

Deferral of Prepayments. The Borrower may defer any mandatory prepayment otherwise required under paragraph (c) or (d) above until the aggregate amount of Net Proceeds otherwise required to be applied to prepay Borrowings pursuant to paragraphs (c) and (d) above (whether resulting from one or more Asset Dispositions or Casualty Events, but after giving effect to any applications of proceeds permitted under such paragraphs) equals or exceeds $30,000,000, at which time the entire unutilized amount of such Net Proceeds (not only the amount in excess of $30,000,000) will be applied as provided in paragraphs (c) and (d) above, as applicable.
