Deferral Elections—In General. The Executive may elect to defer payment of all or any part of any incentive bonus compensation payable under Section 3(b) by making an election, in a manner prescribed by the Company, on or before December 31 of the calendar year before the Contract Year begins (or such earlier date as may be necessary to comply with the applicable tax laws and regulations).
