DEFECTS AND VOETSTOOTS. 12.1 The Seller shall remedy any material patent and latent defect in the Erf manifesting itself within 6 (Six) months of the Transfer Date, provided that the Purchaser notifies the Seller thereof in writing within the said period of 6 (Six) months.
