Common use of Defect Clause in Contracts

Defect. The customer shall without undue delay notify the Atlas Copco in writing of any defect, which appears in the work performed, or the parts provided by Atlas Copco. In this regard, Atlas Copco shall remedy such defect without delay by its own cost If the customer fails to give notice of a defect without undue delay he shall lose his rights in respect of the defect.
