Default/Violations Sample Clauses

Default/Violations. If either Party defaults in the payment of any amount due hereunder, or if either Party violates any other provision of this Agreement, and such default or violation shall continue for sixty (60) days after written notice thereof, the other Party may terminate this Agreement and services hereunder by written notice, provided the other Party has provided the defaulting Party and the appropriate federal and/or state regulatory bodies with written notice at least twenty-five (25) days prior to terminating service. Notice shall be posted by overnight mail, return receipt requested. If the defaulting Party cures the default or violation within the twenty-five (25) day period, the other Party will not terminate service of the this Agreement but shall be entitled to recover all cost, if any, incurred by it in connection with the default or violation, including, without limitation, costs incurred to prepare for the termination of service.
