Default Charges. If permitted under Applicable Law, Lender may charge me fees for services performed in connection with my Default to protect ▇▇▇▇▇▇’s interest in the Property and rights under this Security Instrument, including: (i) reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs; (ii) property inspection, valuation, mediation, and loss mitigation fees; and (iii) other related fees.
