Default (Assignment). Upon the occurrence of any Event of Default, as described in Paragraph 4.01 of this Deed to Secure Debt, then, in addition to the right to demand and collect directly from tenants rents accruing from leases of the Property, Grantee shall have all rights and remedies set forth in Article IV or elsewhere in this Deed to Secure Debt.
Default (Assignment).
