Deemed receipt. Any notice to be given by either Party to the other shall be deemed to have been duly received by the other Party - 21.3.1 if addressed to the addressee at its domicilium and posted by pre-paid registered post on the 10th day after the date of posting thereof, or 21.3.2 if delivered to the addressee’s domicilium by hand to a responsible person apparently in charge of the addressee’s premises, during Business Hours on a Business Day, on the date of delivery thereof, or
