Deemed EBITDA. The deemed EBITDA set out in Sections 12.3(e)(i), (ii), (iii) and (iv) is, to the best of the knowledge of the Borrower, an accurate reflection of the results of Stone Venepal (Celgar) Pulp Inc. as of the dates referred to therein.
