Deed Poll. (a) Neuphoria has executed the Deed Poll for the purpose of covenanting in favour of the Scheme Participants to perform (or procure the performance of) its obligations as contemplated by this Scheme, including to provide the Scheme Consideration. (b) Bionomics undertakes in favour of each Scheme Participant to enforce the Deed Poll against Neuphoria on behalf of and as agent and attorney for the Scheme Participants.
