Common use of Deduction Authorization Clause in Contracts

Deduction Authorization. Employee authorizes employer to deduct the amount of any tuition reimbursement obligation from any compensation due and owing to employer at time of separation from employment; including but not limited to salary, wages, bonuses, commission, vacation pay.

Deduction Authorization. Employee authorizes employer Employer to deduct the amount of any financial tuition assistance paid by Employer for the employee’s tuition to the program should employee fail to complete the program for whatever reason. Employee authorizes Employer to deduct the amount of tuition reimbursement obligation from the employee’s salary and/or wages including any compensation amount that may be due and owing to employer employee at time of employee’s separation from employment; including but not limited to salary, wages, bonuses, commission, vacation pay.
