Common use of Deductible Provisions Clause in Contracts

Deductible Provisions. The deductible amount shown in the Declarations shall be paid by the Insured, applies to each Claim and includes Damages or Claim Expenses, whether or not a loss payment is made. If the deductible amount is initially paid by the Company, the Named Insured shall reimburse the amount paid within thirty (30) days, upon written request of the Company.
