DEDUCING TITLE. 16.1 The Landlord’s freehold title to the Property has been deduced to the Tenant’s Conveyancer before the date of this agreement. 16.2 The Tenant is deemed to have full knowledge of the Landlord’s title and is not entitled to raise any objection, enquiry or requisition in relation to the Landlord’s title save the usual pre-completion requisitions on title and/or arising from the usual completion searches at the Land Registry. 16.3 Conditions 7.1, 7.2, 7.3, 7.4.2, 11.2.4, and 11.3 do not apply to this agreement.
