DEDUCING TITLE. 7.1 The Landlord's freehold title to the Property has been deduced to the Tenant's Conveyancer before the date of this agreement. 7.2 The Tenant is deemed to have full knowledge of the Landlord's title and is not entitled to raise any enquiry, objection, enquiry or requisition in relation to it.
