Common use of Dedicated Transit Service Clause in Contracts

Dedicated Transit Service. provides for the dedicated connection between a ▇▇▇▇▇▇ FIBER Collocation arrangement established pursuant to applicable tariffs and/or license agreements at a NYNEX premises and a Collocation arrangement of a third party carrier that maintains a Collocation arrangement at the same premises. Dedicated Transit Service shall be provided using a Cross-Connection (dedicated connection) using suitable NYNEX-provided cable or transmission facilities or any other mutually agreed upon arrangement.
