Common use of Dedicated Access Service Clause in Contracts

Dedicated Access Service. In lieu of any other rates and discounts, the Customer will pay monthly recurring local loop charges ranging from $20 to $6,500 for Type 1 and Type 3 DS0, Type 1 and Type 3 DS-1, Type 1 DS-3, Type 1 OC-3, Type 1 OC-12 and Type 1 OC-48 Dedicated Access Service.

Dedicated Access Service. In lieu of any other rates and discounts, the Customer will pay monthly recurring local loop charges ranging from $20 3,800 to $6,500 10,821 and a non-recurring charge of $0.00 for Type 1 and Type 3 DS0, Type 1 and Type 3 DS-1, Type 1 DS-3, Type 1 OC-3, Type 1 OC-12 DS-3 and Type 1 OC-48 Dedicated OC-3 (STM1) Access ServiceService at 3 CLLI codes mutually agreed upon by the Customer and the Company.

In lieu of any other rates and discounts, the Customer will pay fixed monthly recurring per-circuit local loop charges ranging from $20 100 to $6,500 3,500 for Type 1 and Type 3 DS0, Type 1 and Type 3 DS-1, Type 1 DS-3, Type 1 OC-3, Type 1 OC-12 and Type 1 OC-48 DS-1 Dedicated Access ServiceService at 668 CLLI codes mutually agreed upon by Customer and Company.

In lieu of any other rates and or discounts, the Customer will pay fixed monthly recurring local loop charges ranging from $20 50 to $6,500 21,300 for DS0 - Type 1 and Type 3 DS03, Type 1 and Type 3 DS-1, Type 1 DS-3, DS-3 – Type 1 OC-33, Type 1 OC-48, OC-3 and OC-12 and Type 1 OC-48 TDM-based Dedicated Access ServiceService at 47 CLLI codes mutually agreed upon by the Customer and the Company.

In lieu of any other rates and discounts, the Customer will pay fixed monthly recurring per-circuit local loop charges ranging from $20 4,845 to $6,500 30,160 for Type 1 OC-3 and Type 3 DS0, Type 1 OC-12 Access circuits at 8 CLLI codes mutually agreed upon by the Customer and Type 3 DS-1, Type 1 DS-3, Type 1 OC-3, Type 1 OC-12 and Type 1 OC-48 Dedicated Access Servicethe Company.
