DECLARATION OF SURPLUS. a) Where it is determined by the Board that there may be a surplus of Teachers in a particular school, the Director of Education or Designate will advise the Unit President. b) Since Teachers are employed to teach for the Board, and not in a particular school, in the event that the Board reduces the number of Teachers in any one school as provided in Article 11:04
