Common use of Declaration of Consent Clause in Contracts

Declaration of Consent. By accepting the Restricted Stock Units via the Company’s acceptance procedure, Employee is declaring that he or she agrees with the data processing practices described herein and consents to the collection, processing and use of Data by the Company and the transfer of Data to the recipients mentioned below, including recipients located in countries which may not have a similar level of protection from the perspective of the data protection laws in Employee’s country.
