Common use of Declaration of Consent Clause in Contracts

Declaration of Consent. By accepting the Units and indicating consent via the Company’s online acceptance procedure, the Participant is declaring that he or she agrees with the data processing practices described herein and consents to the collection, processing and use of Data by the Company and the transfer of Data to the recipients mentioned above, including recipients located in countries which do not adduce an adequate level of protection from a European (or other non-U.S.) data protection law perspective, for the purposes described above.

Declaration of Consent. By accepting the Restricted Stock Units and indicating consent via the Company’s online acceptance procedureprocess, the Participant is declaring that he or she expressly agrees with the data processing practices described herein and consents to the collection, processing and use of Data by the Company and the transfer of Data to the recipients mentioned above, including recipients located in countries which do not adduce an adequate level of protection from a European (or other non-U.S.) data protection law perspective, for the purposes described above.
