Decision to be Binding. The decision by the Arbitrator shall be final and binding on the Parties, non-reviewable and non-appealable, and judgment upon any arbitral award may be entered and enforced by any court or other judicial authority of competent jurisdiction.

Decision to be Binding. The Arbitrators shall render a reasoned arbitral award. The award by the Arbitrators shall be final and binding on the Parties, non-reviewable and non-appealable, and judgment upon any arbitral award may be entered and enforced by any court or other judicial authority of competent jurisdiction. The Parties’ agreement to arbitrate, and any arbitral award, shall be enforced under the Federal Arbitration Act.
