Decision is Final. The arbitrator shall mail his written decision simultaneously to the Employer and the Union. The decision by the arbitrator, not inconsistent with the terms of this Agreement, shall be final and conclusively binding upon the Company, the Union and the aggrieved employee or employees.
Decision is Final. The protest decision is final and not subject to administrative appeal. If the protesting bidder does not accept Enterprise Services’ protest response, the bidder may seek relief in Thurston County Superior Court.
