  • Claims Review Methodology a. C laims Review Population. A description of the Population subject to the Quarterly Claims Review.‌

  • Decision of Board ‌ The decision of the majority shall be the decision of the Board. Where there is no majority decision, the decision of the Chair shall be the decision of the Board. The decision of the Arbitration Board shall be final, binding, and enforceable on the parties. The Board shall have the power to dispose of a discharge or discipline grievance by any arrangement which it deems just and equitable. However, the Board shall not have the power to change this agreement or to alter, modify, or amend any of its provisions.

  • Claims Review Population A description of the Population subject to the Claims Review.

  • Decision Making All decisions of each Committee shall be made by unanimous vote, with each Party’s representatives collectively having one (1) vote. If after reasonable discussion and good faith consideration of each Party’s view on a particular matter before a Committee, the representatives of the Parties cannot reach an agreement as to such matter within thirty (30) days after such matter was brought to such Committee for resolution or after such matter has been referred to such Committee, such disagreement shall be referred to the JSC (in the case of disagreement of the JRDC), the JEC (in the case of disagreement of the JSC), or the Chief Executive Officers of Miragen and the Chief Executive Officer of Servier or its designee (the “Executive Officers”) (in the case of disagreement of the JEC) for resolution. If the Executive Officers cannot resolve such matter within thirty (30) days after such matter has been referred to them, then [*] that is the subject of the dispute [*].   • Labour Management Relations Committee 20.01 The parties recognize that a forum for ongoing discussions during the term of the Agreement can promote more harmonious labour relations between them.

  • Configuration Management The Contractor shall maintain a configuration management program, which shall provide for the administrative and functional systems necessary for configuration identification, control, status accounting and reporting, to ensure configuration identity with the UCEU and associated cables produced by the Contractor. The Contractor shall maintain a Contractor approved Configuration Management Plan that complies with ANSI/EIA-649 2011. Notwithstanding ANSI/EIA-649 2011, the Contractor’s configuration management program shall comply with the VLS Configuration Management Plans, TL130-AD-PLN-010-VLS, and shall comply with the following:

  • Monitoring Committee The Monitoring Committee shall be established within six months of the signing of the Memorandum of Understanding. Its role is stipulated in the Regulation, in particular Article 4.4 thereof.

  • LABOR-MANAGEMENT RELATIONS COMMITTEE Section 1. The Employer and the Federation agree to the establishment of Labor- Management Relations Committees for Divisions represented by the Federation. The purpose of these Committees is to discuss any item of concern, including safety, to either party and to improve communications between the Employer and the members of the bargaining unit.

  • Training Committee The parties to this Agreement may form a Training Committee. The Training Committee will be constituted by equal numbers of Employer nominees and ETU employee representatives and have a charter which clearly states its role and responsibilities. It shall monitor the clauses of this Agreement which relate to training and ensure all employees have equal access to training.
