DEBTS AND LIABILITIES OF THE EMPLOYEE. The Employer may withhold from or offset against such payments any liabilities or debts of the Employee to the Employer, the Corporation and its Affiliates, and may suspend or defer such payments during the pendency of resolution of any claims of the Employer, the Corporation and its Affiliates against the Employee of whatsoever nature.
