Debris Management Site. (DMS) – A location to temporarily store, reduce, segregate and/or process debris before it is hauled to its final disposition. May also be referred to as a Temporary Debris Storage and Reduction Site (TDSRS) or Temporary Debris Staging and Processing Facility (TDSPF).
