Dealings with Grantors. Upon any application or demand by the Borrower or any other Grantor to any Representative to take or permit any action under any of the provisions of this Agreement, if requested in writing by such Representative, the Borrower shall furnish to such Representative a certificate of a duly authorized officer of the Borrower (an “Officer’s Certificate”) stating that all conditions precedent, if any, provided for in this Agreement, as the case may be, relating to the proposed action have been complied with, except that in the case of any such application or demand as to which the furnishing of such documents is specifically required by any provision of this Agreement relating to such particular application or demand, no additional certificate or opinion need be furnished.
