Dealings with Advisor. Unless Owner specifically informs Manager to the contrary, Advisor may perform any of the obligations or exercise any of the rights of Owner under this Agreement; provided that any actions that Advisor takes on behalf of Owner pursuant hereto are subject to the terms of the agreements between Advisor and Owner, and this Section 2.02 does not expand or modify the authority of Advisor to act on behalf of Owner.
