(a) BCEC Management may sell and distribute the Event tickets in any way it sees fit (including by the appointment of ticketing service providers, sub-agents, Authorised Onsellers or Authorised Resellers on an event by event or longer term basis), and xxxx consult the Hirer in relation to the manner of sale and distribution.
