Dealing with Conflict. 68.3 If, during the Agreement Term, a Conflict arises, or is likely to arise, the Provider must: immediately Notify the Department of the Conflict and the steps that the Provider proposes to take to resolve or otherwise deal with the Conflict; make full disclosure to the Department of all relevant information relating to the Conflict; and take such steps as the Department may reasonably require to resolve or otherwise deal with the Conflict.
