Dealer Participation Programs. SCUSA shall make available to Dealers services designed to allow Dealers to participate in recourse for credit losses and/or lease residuals on loans and leases provided by Chrysler customers for competitive purposes (i.e., Dealers offered the opportunity to buy down rate or contribute financially to enable a Retail Consumer to qualify for a Retail Financing product); and
