De-registration. 15.1 Any Founding Shareholder or other Permitted Transferee may at any time request (if such Founding Shareholder or other Permitted Transferee is a XX Xxxxxx itself) or cause any of its Permitted Intermediate Holding Companies holding DRs to request the Company to be de-registered from the Founders Share Register for some or all of its Qualifying Shares by submitting a duly completed de-registration form as attached hereto as Annex I (a “De-Registration Request”).
