De-registration. The Principal must use an effective physical IC ATM card to log into the Bank's facial recognition ATM to apply for termination of facial recognition withdrawal service. The termination will become effective when the Principal's application is approved.
De-registration. If an Event of Default occurs and is continuing following Delivery, Lessor may otherwise deal with the Aircraft as if this Lease has never been made and Lessee will at the request of Lessor take all steps necessary to effect (if applicable) de-registration of the Aircraft and its export from the country where the Aircraft is for the time being situated and any other steps necessary to enable the Aircraft to be redelivered to Lessor in accordance with this Lease. Lessee hereby irrevocably and by way of security for its obligations under this Lease appoints (which appointment is coupled with an interest) Lessor as its attorney to execute and deliver any documentation and to do any act or thing required in connection with the foregoing.
De-registration. The Company shall use commercially --------------- reasonable efforts to cause the Shares to be de-registered from the New York Stock Exchange and de-registered under the Exchange Act as soon as practicable following the Effective Time.
De-registration. 2.7.1 If any setting consistently fails to comply with the conditions stated above then RCTCBC shall take steps to de-register the setting as a Childcare Offer provider.

Upon termination of the transaction entered into under the Loan Documents and payment and repayment of the Indebtedness in full, the Mortgagee shall immediately issue a certificate to the Mortgagor and/or the Debtor to such effect and assist the Mortgagor to de-register the mortgage created under the Terms and Conditions and the Mortgage Agreement whereupon the Terms and Conditions and the Mortgage Agreement shall terminate. 二十二、登記費用：債務人及抵押人茲同意由其共同連帶負擔各項登記規費及辦理抵押設定之代辦費用。
