DCAA Performance Evaluation Process. During the term of this Agreement, the parties will continue to meet and confer and use their best efforts to agree upon performance evaluations for the employees and the performance evaluation process. As such, during the term of this agreement, the City Attorney’s Office will conduct performance evaluations consistent with the procedures developed above.
