DBAG. 2.4 DBAG neither makes any representation nor gives any warranty but expressly disclaims that the Simulation Services fulfils certain performance or technical criteria or does in all aspects behave or provide the same functionality than any system operated by DBAG or its Affiliates or any third Party. Thus Customer acknowledges and agrees that any strategy, methodology, algorithm or process developed or validated in conjunction with the Simulation Environment may lead to different results when used outside of the Simulation Environment.
