DBAG. 2.1 DBAG shall provide the Services contemplated in the Service Overview to Customer pursuant to the terms of this Agreement and of the Service Overview, starting on the Commencement Date. Customer is entitled to place offers for Service Overviews with DBAG and DBAG may accept such offer in its sole discretion.
