DAY RATES. 13.01 The Company agrees to establish day rates on all day rate jobs. These day rates shall be established using any of the current accredited Industrial Engineering techniques and will be expressed as 125% efficiency, which is equivalent to 250% efficiency under Article 14. In the event of a dispute on any day rate, the stop watch method or predetermined time system will be used for verification.
