Common use of Day and Time Clause in Contracts

Day and Time. In order to comply with the BWY policy and insurance requirements, any young person under the age of 16 attending the above mentioned yoga classes must be accompanied at all times by a parent or guardian, or failing that somebody elected by the parent or guardian to act in loco parentis. This means that the child must be accompanied to, from and during each lesson. The young person may not arrive at class before the parent or guardian (or responsible adult acting in loco parentis) and may not leave the class after the parent or guardian (or person acting in loco parentis).
