Common use of Dates of Exercise Clause in Contracts

Dates of Exercise. This option shall vest and become exercisable for the Option Shares in a series of installments in accordance with the Vesting Schedule set forth in attached Schedule I. As the option vests and becomes exercisable for such installments, those installments shall accumulate, and the option shall remain exercisable for the accumulated installments until the last business day prior to the Expiration Date or any sooner termination of the option term under Paragraph 5 or 6 below.
