Dates of Exercise. This option shall become exercisable for the Option Shares in one or more installments as specified in the Grant Notice. As the option becomes exercisable for such installments, those installments shall accumulate, and the option shall remain exercisable for the accumulated installments until the Expiration Date or sooner termination of the option term under Paragraph 5 or 6.
Dates of Exercise. This option may not be exercised in whole or in part at any time prior to the time the Plan is approved by the Corporation's shareholders in accordance with Paragraph 17. Provided such shareholder approval is obtained, this option shall thereupon become exercisable for the Option Shares in one or more installments as is specified in the Grant Notice. As the option becomes exercisable in one or more installments, the installments shall accumulate and the option shall remain exercisable for such installments until the Expiration Date or the sooner termination of the option term under Paragraph 5 or Paragraph 6 of this Agreement.
Dates of Exercise. This option shall vest and become exercisable for the Option Shares in a series of installments in accordance with the Vesting Schedule set forth in attached Schedule I. As the option vests and becomes exercisable for such installments, those installments shall accumulate, and the option shall remain exercisable for the accumulated installments until the last business day prior to the Expiration Date or any sooner termination of the option term under Paragraph 5 or 6 below.
Dates of Exercise. The option will become exercisable with respect to the Option Shares covered by the option according to the following four year exercisability schedule, provided that the Grantee is employed by the Company on the applicable dates: Date Option Shares Becoming Exercisable 1st anniversary of Grant Date 25 % 2nd anniversary of Grant Date 25 % 3rd anniversary of Grant Date 25 % 4th anniversary of Grant Date 25 % Exercisable installments may be exercised in whole or in part, and, to the extent not exercised, will accumulate and be exercisable at any time on or before the Expiration Date, unless the option terminates earlier in accordance with the terms of this Agreement or the Plan. The exercisability of the option is cumulative, but shall not exceed 100% of the Option Shares. If the foregoing schedule would produce fractional Option Shares, the number of Option Shares for which the option becomes exercisable shall be rounded down to the nearest whole Option Share.
Dates of Exercise. This option shall become immediately ----------------- exercisable for all of the Option Shares.

As an administrative matter, the exercisable portion of this Option may only be exercised until the close of the SIX Swiss Exchange (if the Exercise Price per Share of this Option is in Swiss Francs) or the Nasdaq Stock Market (if the Exercise Price per Share of this Option is in dollars) on the last trading day on or before the Expiration Date or earlier date of termination of the Option under Section 6. Any later attempt to exercise this Option will not be honored.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, should the Optionee elect to exercise this option during any period during which the Optionee is under investigation by the Corporation for Misconduct, then any Option Shares acquired by the Optionee as a result of such exercise and/or the net proceeds of any sale or sales of those acquired Option Shares (the gross sale proceeds less any Exercise Price payment or withholding taxes due the Corporation and broker commissions) during such period shall be held by the Corporation in escrow until such time as the investigation is satisfactorily completed.
