Dates and Time. If any date set forth in this Warrant Agreement shall fall on a day other than a day that is a full "business day" (which means a day other than a Saturday, a Sunday or any day on which banking institutions in the State of New York are authorized or obligated by law or executive order to be closed) in New York, New York, said date shall be deemed to be the next full business day succeeding that date. All times shall be the legal time then in effect in New York, New York.
