Date of Closing. Subject to the conditions stated in this Agreement, the purchase and sale of the Interests pursuant to this Agreement (the "Closing") shall occur on or before September 30, 2000, at 10:00 a.m., Mountain Time, or on such other date and time as Buyer and Sellers may agree (the "Closing Date").
