Date for Action. In the event that any date on which any action is required to be taken hereunder by any of the parties on a Business Day is not a Business Day, such action shall be required to be taken on the next succeeding day which is a Business Day unless otherwise provided in this Agreement. For greater certainty, this Section 1.9 shall not apply to Service Levels set forth in Schedule "F".
