Date Compliance. (a) All Systems used and currently planned to be used in the business of the Group are and have been Date Compliant and will not cease to be so; and (b) So far as the Seller is aware, all systems owned or used by customers or suppliers of the Group are Date Compliant and will not cease to be so.
